Sasa nyie mnaotaka kutengeneza website mkifa si itabidi tuanze moja tena? Na huyo kiongozi atakayewapa go ahead tunataka kumjua.
WIZI MTUPU.

This should be a lesson to TFF

By Guardian Reporter

Those who want quick popularity and recognition in the community normally pass through soccer, knowing very well that they will be seen or heard because it is the most loveable game in the global.

But only those who have used it in the right way are the ones who have excelled over those who want popularity through lying and cheating, who end up tarnishing their images in the community.

Some of people have been associating with soccer and other sports simply because they want their goods to be exempted from tax at entry points so that their businesses can run smoothly.

Last week, there was a quarrel between the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) officials and a Global Scouting Bureau (GSB) official, Jack Pemba, on who is to be blamed following the failure of the national youth team trip to UK.

GBS, the facilitator of the trip, had promised 18 players of the national youth side that it would send them to train in London for one week.

The team, which was supposed to leave on August 12, was to be accompanied by three officials - a coach, physician and TFF official.

Pemba claimed that TFF failed to give him the names of the players who were supposed to make the trip in time, so that was why he cancelled their booking after noticing that he was going to sustain monetary loss.

He further claimed that despite cancelling the booking before the travelling date, the Ethiopian Airlines still fined him a lot of money.

He also claimed that he had already paid for accommodation for the team as well as the transport costs of the team while in the UK.

After wrangling for three days, TFF president Leodegar Tenga cancelled the trip after realising that nothing would materialise.

He said TFF would never work again with Jack Pemba because he was not reliable.

Tenga said Pemba failed to fulfill his promise by failing to produce return tickets for the team.

He said there was no way the team could get visa without the tickets, despite the fact that the UK High Commissioner had already promised to give the team visa once TFF had the tickets in hand.

Tenga said that TFF followed all procedures, including getting the blessings from the government.

This should be a lesson to TFF. I do not know whether the national soccer body had a contract with GBS, because if they had, the issue should have not ended so easily.

Personally, I knew just from the beginning the trip was not going to take place because of the changes which the facilitator made in the last minutes.

GBS first offered the trip to the senior team (Taifa Stars) but changed their mind in the last minute to take the youth side instead.

Another funny thing is that GBS now claims it will give the players who were supposed to travel 500,000/- each and 1m/- to every official in the team for disturbance.

I think GBS are supposed to pay even TFF for the disturbance. In fact, TFF has used a lot of money to put the players into the camp.

We still do not know whether they will fulfil that promise or it will just be the same with the trip. Let us wait and see.

I therefore appeal to TFF top leaders to be extra alert with people who want to get publicity through soccer without working for it.

Jack is originally from Tanzania, but has lived in the UK for many years and has a keen interest in supporting young people from his home country. Jack is an international football promoter and is the Vice President of Global Scouting Bureau (GSB). He is also the Vice President of the Players Football Association of Tanzania and has been working closely with the Tanzanian Sports Council to develop and promote opportunities for young athletes.
Jack has made personal monetary donations to various organisations including the Tanzanian Youth National Team (Serengeti boys) and Ashanti United Football Team, he has also sponsored various cultural events. He has developed a partnership between GSB and Makongo High School in Dar Es Salaam, which provides young people with education and a football scholarship.
Jack is well respected in Tanzania by government officials and the community. Being Tanzanian, Jack fully understands the difficulties that young people in Tanzania face and is able to offer advice and guidance, to promote the Youth In Need Project and to help it achieve it's goals.

Guys (especially that deci chap),

You don't have to be that cynical about this Project. You have the right to disagree with it, but I don't see how those who have decided to dedicate their time and other resources for the Project affects you. You have not been forced to do (or even asked for ) anything, so please keep your nihilism out of here.

It's because of short-sighted people like you that our clubs are still dependent on donors to run themselves.

It is just my observation that the guy talking about Deci is not for any cost Yanga fun/member, other wise it is dificult to define him.We should not bother any more about his proveks. Wise says"DO NOT AGUE WITH A FOOL PEOPLE WILL NOT NOTICE WHO IS A FOOL.
Yanga daima mbele.

Masebe

Anonymous said...

Kwanza nianze na wewe unayejiita Masebe. eti 'DO NOT AGUE...' unaelewa kweli maana ya ague au umeandika tu.. what is proveks? Yanga fun!!! Are you going to put these types of garbages in the website?

Anonymous said...

Kama unajua psychology basi hii sentensi those who have decided to dedicate their time and other resources for the Project itakuwa imeeleza mambo yote ninayoongea hapa.

Anonymous said...

Wajameni,
Mlio karibu na Manji na uongozi kama kweli tunataka mabadiliko basi waambieni wamchukue huyu mportical aliyekuwa akiifundisha Al ahly wamchukue maana huko ameondoka. Tunataka timu sio ya kushinda Simba tu, jamani hatuoni wenzetu?

Anonymous said...

Anonymous said...

I've read all your heres above and convinced myself that you seem to live in the era of communism.

i would rather take your arguments as mere Obiter dictum (statement based on the facts which are not material to the case)

the author of the idea is right and I personally buy his idea, but it remains my settled opinion that this idea should originate from the club officils and if they are iddle as the are; let us remind them to give the author 'the go ahead'

for sure our leaders re iddle and don't cope with modern era.
I say this because even the said club secretary Mr Kisasa was quoted saying it was impossible now for Yanga to employ some officials including the secretary due to financial shortcomings the club is facing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ridiculos!! can you imagine all the resources the club has then the leaders airs publicly (read Majira newspaper of May 18 this year) that we can't afford paying salaries to at least 5 officials??

wazo zuri la web naliunga mkono, masikini wa kuwaza waliohamisha akili toka kichwani wakaweka tumboni na njaa wakapeleka kichwani wanasema haiwezekani

A little off topic, Guys... I have a question. Last week I played at this site:
Rivalspot.com - Xbox tournaments for money
They say you can play online sports game tournaments on any console for cash... had anyone tried that before? Looks like a cool idea...
Are there any other sites where you can play sports games for real moneys? I Googled and found only Bringit.com and Worldgaming.com but it looks these guys don't specialize in sport gamez. Any suggestions?

I'm doing this for a non-profit organization that devotes themselves to
